Who We Are Looking For
Klapec Trucking Company is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our daily transportation operations.
This role is key to maintaining strong communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams.
You’ll work closely with dispatch, operations, and customers to ensure shipments run smoothly, questions are answered quickly, and issues are resolved professionally. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced trucking environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Communicate with customers regarding shipment updates and delivery status
Handle inquiries, issues, and service-related concerns professionally
Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination
Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and communications
Assist with billing support and freight documentation (BOLs, invoices)
Support overall office operations and daily workflow
Requirements
Previous customer service or office experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computers and basic office systems
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
Experience in trucking, logistics, or transportation is a plus
